Individualized Training Plan


The skills taught to you during training will depend upon the specific nature of problems, positive goals and transformative goals that you wish to address (click here for the Four Psychologies which involve different types off goals)

The first session we will include:


(1) Discussing your goals


(2) Identifying aspects of your current psychological functioning relevant to your goals

(3) Agreeing upon specific meditational and possibly cognitive behavioral psychotherapy techniques to include in the training

(4) Initial instruction in a basic form of meditation consistent with your goals that you can begin practicing

(5) Initial instruction in any cognitive behavioral techniques that could be helpful
